This website is owned and operated by e3.

It is our goal to provide Therapeutic Grade essential oils at affordable prices.

We create aromatherapy solutions, such as, Synergy blends, Spritzers and Roll-on applicators so that you can integrate the restorative powers of essential oils into your daily living.

Three of our staff are Clinical Aromatherapists, one an RN and another a massage therapist. We encourage you to take the time to learn about the powerful healing modality of aromatherapy.

We hope you love our oils as much as we do!

Warm Regards from all of us at Essential 3.

Safe Use of Essential Oils

1. Use only pure essential oils from plants; GC, MS, FID tested to insure quality.

2. Do not use undiluted essential oils on the skin.(Exception: Lavender and Tea Tree may be applied neat.

3. Do not take essential oils orally, unless under the direction of a qualified health professional.

4. Test for sensitivities. Wash and dry an area on the inside of elbow. Apply the diluted oil, preferably cover and leave for 24 hours. If redness or irritation occurs apply a vegetable oil then wash with soap and warm water.

5. Use with caution, those oils that may result in photosensitivity. Citrus oils can irritate skin, and some of them will cause uneven pigmentation of the skin upon exposure to sun lamps, sunlight and tanning beds.

6. Essential oils in their concentrated state must not come in contact with mucous membranes or sensitive skin areas. Keep all essential oils away from the eyes.

7. Never add neat (undiluted) essential oils to bath water. Essential oils are hydrophobic; they do not dissolve in water. Suggested carriers to blend essential oils with: Epson salt, dead sea salt, whole milk, half and half, all natural liquid soap, whipping cream.

8. People with allergies should apply essential oils with caution. The safest place to apply essential oils is to the the souls of the feet.

9. Some essential oils have strong caustic characteristics and should be used cautiously. DO NOT use for extended periods of time and use only in low dosages. (Oregano, Thyme Red, Wintergreen, Sage, Cinnamon Leaf, Clove are a few examples)

10. DO NOT use essential oils rich in menthol near the throat or neck in children under 30 months of age, (Peppermint)

11. Tightly close all essential oil bottles after use, keep out of reach of children.

12. Overexposure or sensitivity to an essential oil, either through the skin or through inhalation, may result in nausea, headache, skin irritation, emotional unease or a spacy feeling. Getting some fresh air will help overcome these symptoms. If you ever experience skin irritation or accidentally get essential oils in the eyes, dilute with straight vegetable oil, NOT water. Essential oils DO NOT dissolve in water. Water will break the essential oil molecules up and increase the area of discomfort.

13. Essential oils and Pregnancy. Consult your health care professional before using during pregnancy and lactation.

14. Always keep some carrier oil readily available when using essential oils. In case of skin irritation apply a carrier oil directly to affected area. DO NOT use water, water will spread the essential oil molecules and create further irritation.
